We value being open and honest about our consultation fees and rebates.
Our current fees are as follows:
Initial: $205 (see below regarding rebates)
Review: $105 (see below regarding rebates)

Note:
To provide a quality service with a client-centered approach, initial sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Review sessions are 25 minutes in length
Our Dietitians offers individualised meal plans for an additional $105
REBATES
Medicare – A rebate of $63.40 is available from Medicare if a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) is issued by your GP. This rebate applies to initial and review appointments.
Please discuss your eligibility for a management plan with your GP. Examples of conditions that may qualify for a GP Management Plan include: Diabetes (Type 1 and Type 2), Cardiovascular Disease, Kidney disease, PCOS. Note the rebate will be greater if you have exceeded the Medicare Safety Net – it is recommended that you register for this with Medicare to receive maximum rebates for all your health care needs.
Private Health Fund – Most private health funds provide a rebate on dietetic appointments. However, the rebate amount depends on your level of cover. To check if private health rebates apply, call your private health insurer and quote the relevant item number (initial 500, follow up 600). Provider number for Leederville clinic is 6136143H Provider number for Palmyra clinic is 6136141J
DVA – Our Dietitians are approved provider for DVA services. Patients with a gold card have no out-of-pocket expense as DVA covers the cost of your visit to an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
NDIS appointments
Katie Lenhoff Nutrition provides dietetic services for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
NDIS appointments are charged in line with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. From 1 July 2026, dietetic services are charged at $178.99 per hour.
To align with NDIS funding, appointment lengths for NDIS participants are:
Initial appointment: 60 minutes — $178.99
Review appointment: 30 minutes — $89.50
There is no out-of-pocket gap charged for NDIS appointments.
Meal plans and additional dietetic work, where clinically appropriate and agreed in advance, are charged based on the time required at the NDIS hourly rate of $178.99 per hour. An estimate can be provided before this work is commenced.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When an appointment is made, we have set aside a whole hour, especially for you. If you do not attend or cancel with little notice, we cannot offer that appointment to someone on the waitlist.
For this reason, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done by clicking on the cancellation link in your confirmation/reminder email.
If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% of the consultation fee will apply.
